1. General Information

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Koper, Slovenia.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


2. Shipping Methods

We ship orders via trusted courier partners, including GLS, Pošta Slovenije, DPD, DHL, and UPS, depending on the destination.

Domestic shipping (Slovenia): 1–2 business days

EU countries: 3–7 business days

International shipping (outside EU): 7–14 business days (depending on customs clearance)


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination, weight, and size of the order.

Exact costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Free shipping promotions (if available) will be displayed on the homepage and at checkout.


4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped within the EU include VAT (Value Added Tax).

International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


5. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.

You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.


6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or uncollected parcel, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Take photos of the package and items.

  2. Contact us at support@leohobby.com within 48 hours of receipt.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
