Refund & Returns

Eligibility: Unused and undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible for return within a 30 days window period after your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 7 days from the time your items show delivered to contact your seller and request a refund.

Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact the seller where the item was purchased from to request a return authorization. Once approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item(s). The customer will need to ship the items within 14 days of return approval.Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error from the seller or a defective product was shipped.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase by Leo Hobby once the return item is confirmed by the seller or customer submits a return tracking number.

  1. Exclusions: Personalized items, earrings, bathing suits, and beauty products are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  2. Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

  3. Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these criteria.

  5. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed by Leo Hobby upon notification of receipt and inspection of the returned items by the seller. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
