2. Eligibility

3. Product Listings

4. Fees and Payments

- Payments to sellers will be processed via selected payment method. Sellers must provide valid payment information.
- Sellers are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their sales.
5. Order Fulfillment
- Sellers must fulfill orders promptly and accurately.

10. Limitation of Liability
- Leo Hobby Marketplace is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the marketplace.
- Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Leo Hobby Marketplace harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the marketplace or their violation of this Agreement.
11. Amendments
- Leo Hobby Marketplace reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Sellers will be notified of any changes via email or through the seller portal.
- Continued use of the marketplace after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
